I had a sincerely wonderful time at PAX this year. No words can describe the experiences that I had, nor could I ever try. Due to duties that were well outside of my control, I was otherwise occupied each evening of the show, and nearly every night I was in town.

Except Thursday evening. Thursday evening I was once again able to experience the community I have come to love over time. I met up with old friends and was acquainted with several new individuals. It was a fantastic time, and one that won't soon be forgotten.

On a related note, I am fairly certain that at the particular convention in question, I obtained a virus quite unlike any other. The symptoms are still developing, but I will say this: This isn't your grannies cold. If it is, she may be dead already. You should go check on her.

Seriously, dead grannies are no laughing matter.
