Yah, I doubt it is true HDMI
Yeah, its' been coming for some time. Most people agree they would have to upconvert the signal, although it claims it offeres TRUE 1080p. Weird. My tv only does 720p anyway. Fuck em.
OH, actually, that's not the one I thought it was. Someone else put one out a while back.
I think if it was as easy as a $90 converter HDMI wouldn't be held so high, something is definitely up.... damn you madcatz
damn near 100 bucks? Fuck that. I rather just get a new xbox with it already built in. Of course this is just giving me a reason to do just that.
Thank you MadCatz
Yeah, you would be better off selling or trading in your Xbox and just buying a new one with HDMI. It would probably end up being around the same amount of money and you would have a true HDMI connection. Converting a signal from analog to digital will not yield nearly as good of results.
I actually found a guy who fixes xboxes in my neighborhood for pretty cheap... and he actually does good work.
yea, i posted this back in dec i think. i might pick it up.
This is... component being converted to HDMI. Meaning you will only get an output as good as component~
The only benefit is for those that can't do 1080p over component, my TV can do 1080p over component so its ok. But would you really pay that much money just to get 1080p for your games? That would be silly lol.
