Euro Virtual Console week 13 - Commodore 64 edition!
Projectexodus | 9:32 PM on 03.27.2008 1 comments

I'm not sure if there is anyone writing posts about the Euro Virtual Console. But I decided to do it this time since we're seeing the debut of Commodore 64 games.

Commodore 64 was a personal computer wich was hot during the 80's.
According to guinnes world records it sold 22 million units, making it the most sold personal computer in history!
There's a total of 4000 titles on the machine, and its about time Wii owners get a taste of those games. Each game will cost 500 Wii points each.

Allright, here's the list...

Cruis'n USA
Platform: Nintendo 64
Released: 1998
Genre: Racer
Cost: 1000 Wii points

International Karate
Platform: Commodore 64
Released: 1986
Genre: Fighter
Cost: 500 Wii points

Uridium
Platform: Commodore 64
Released: 1986
Genre: Horizontal scrolling shoot-'em-up
Cost: 500 Wii points

Thats THREE games for a change!
Not just the debut of a completely new console but also a N64 game!
Wether its worth spending 500 Wii points for a C64 game is nothing I can answer. I never owned the console...

This has to be one of the most awesome COD4 videos I've ever seen!
Not that there has been many awesome COD4 videos though...

I originaly found it on Break.com, but I had some problem embeding the video so I searched for it on Youtube.
It was added 10 days ago and it has allready gotten 350.000 hits at the moment.
It was made by Serpento99, and he has more videos like these from other games in his profile.

These next ones where made by Roflmao88:

What do you guys think of it?

UPDATE: Fixed some stuff about the users who made the videos. I also added another one for your enjoyment.

Hello thar! I am an 18 year old Norwegian currently living in a small and boring coastal fishing town. I can't wait to graduate from high school, so that I can move to a more urban area to study. My hopes is that I'll be able to study in a foreign university (hopefully somewhere in the US).

When I was a kid I used to blablablablablablablabla....
