Hum after enjoying my afternoon and re watching all the Meet the trailers I noticed something different about the characters in the picture.
Here is the original picture:

Now after meet the scout notice the locations have changed in the new picture

Also notice the clothing has changed. I assume the original was just used while the game still in development and they just didn't take the time to make a new one 'till later.

They changed the picture way before Meet the Scout. They only used that first one for Meet the Heavy.

The first picture is everything from the Beta version. The second picture is the finished version. If you have it for the PC, listen to the developer commentary..they talk about some of the aesthetic changes they made.

They're updating the picture to meet the actual look. The first one was just concept art.
