About Me
Good morning, good evening or good night, whoever you are!

I've gamed since I was little. It started with Sonic and Earthworm Jim and later broadened as I joined the Playstation family with Crash Bandicoot and Medieval. It was when I met RPGs in the form of Pokemon and Jade Cocoon that my world expanded.
My Playstation 2 is full of RPGs and platformers and at present I have nigh unfettered access to all the consoles of this generation. That's my gaming history!

What I want to achieve on Destructoid, is to make a meaningful contribution, so, every so often, I intend to post my thoughts on a topic or review a game. I don't complete things often unfortunately, so reviews may be thin on the ground, but the higher the goal, the more we work towards it.

If you want something specific to be talked about, mail me, and if you want anything else, I'll do my best <3

Two things I'd like to say, Firstly, My article on Sunday will be my own "playing with others" article for this month's theme, I've been giving it a lot of thought to make it extra thought out! I hope you guys will like it <3
And I plan to do some arty-farty pictures to go with it, please forgive it only being a poor photo of line-art in advance.

Secondly is in relation to the title! My iPod broke today. I was Gutted. almost fishlike in my despair, I was listening to One Life Left, an English radio-show's podcast as someone in uni goes "what're you listening to?" I go to pull out my iPod and it drops and the screen goes blank. I start mashing button hoping for a response. no deal. I tried all the way home but realised the futility of it all and started contemplating life with my PSP as my main music player. It wasn't the happy kind of contemplation as I like my pocket space.

Then, about 15 minutes ago, I had the urge to try it again and BAM! the apple logo flashes on screen to which I immediately (but tentatively) go to my specially prepared RFGO podcast, to which chad immediately boomed "AMAZING" at the saving of my iPod!

I'm not sure what dark magicks Apple employs, but thi seems to happen a lot with in my emperience, that broken hardware mysteriously fixes itself over various periods of time. Do any of you guys have similar experience with apple?

No.. unfortunately my Mini died and has not nor will ever come back to life. At first it started to mysteriously eat my songs. I'd listen to something then 10 or so min. later go back to the song and bam gone... Then the screen started to kinda erase it's self. After that started to happen I gave it a little push to help it die faster... And the wall had a little blue paint on it.

I'd still be careful. I presume you have a regular type of iPod, the kind that has a hard drive inside it? Dropping one of those is never good news as is of any hard drive, so take caution. They're a little durable, but not indestructible by any means.
