This is a picture from the newest famitsu mag. I'll let you guys debate if Dr Light is unlockable character or DLC.

Or this could mean nothing. but hey, I like the idea of dr light kicking some ass >_>

Shotokan Light would be amazing and hilarious. I doubt it though. I'll keep my hopes up though.

This is actually kind of old; it may have just appeared in the new Famitsu, but this in a book that Capcom had distributed at this year's TGS. I actually just threw mine out. :-/ But I don't think Dr. Light will be in Street Fighter. I'll eat my words if I'm wrong, though!

Dr Light? He might turn out like a joke character like Dan but if he can somehow integrate Megaman's weapons on himself then that would be amaaazing.
