Columbus Electronic Gaming Expo: I think we have a location.
Paul Soth | 5:19 PM on 02.16.2009 3 comments

Haven't signed anything yet, but so far I've found the best deal on the north side. And it's going to be in August.

In order to move forward, I need to know who's going to help me out. Staffers are needed for details such as security, admission, keeping hardware running, video, running events, and so on. Equipment is also needed. That reminds me, if you know anyone who is getting a new TV for the DTV switch, see if you can get a hold of the old one so we can lend it.

Let's get this done.

I just saw your name come up in the "week in the community". I live down in Dayton. I got some friends who go to OSU that might be willing to help.

Keep us updated!

Comments policy

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

An aging hand at all of this, from the Golden Age of the 2600 to the networked crap of today. Been there, done that, wants more... and therefore created CeGe.
