Not my Turning Point gaming rig (And it's life story.)

Well, this is my PC. The specs on it are not so bad, but hell, I would take a new computer over it. But anyways, lets get right down to business, here are the specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz
2GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB
100GB SATA HD
750GB External HD (For the pirate in me.)
Some random ass sound blaster sound card that supports surround sound
Some Intel motherboard my friend from Canada picked out for me
Windows XP w/ SP2 (And not a update since.)
22in or 24in wide screen monitor (Not really sure, I don't have no tape measure..)

But my PC is almost 6 years old, how does that work? Well, its got a mighty story behind it, including getting almost everything in it replaced at least once. The only original piece it has left is the poor CD-ROM drive which is still holding on strong (And making very loud noises whenever it tries to do anything.) By the way, if this following wall of text looks frightening to you, I would just skip it, its not worth the read.

It all started when I was a wee lad of 12 years old, my parents bought a decent PC for all of us to use. Back then I was playing games like Starcraft and Total Annihilation (Still one of my favorite rts ever.) A few years pass and I'm 14 and I get into Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Around this time I upgraded my sound card ALL BY MYSELF to support some new cool 5.1 speakers my dad bought. Time went by and I grew up some more and I was 15 when I did my first major upgrade to my PC. Now I'm starting to play some more demanding games, Half Life 2 was around here, Counter Strike:Source. Hell, I think this was around when I started playing the dreaded World of Warcraft.

My first big upgrade to my PC was me and my buddy (Who was older and knew what he was doing, unlike me.) buying a new case for it, a GeForce FX 5500 256MB graphics card, a new CPU, and some RAM. Everything was pretty easy and I was ready to start running games on higher settings.

I continued to grow and play new games and early last year I decided I need to upgrade again, I was 16 then and I did it all myself. Everything on my current specs I installed myself, new motherboard, video card, CPU, RAM, and the SATA HD. That leads me up to today, where I play TF2, Day of Defeat: Source, Age of Empires: 3, and pretty much anything I want online. Also, I quit WoW about 6 months ago, my 70 rogue has over 150 days /played on it, and I will never get that time back. Ever.

Also, here are some more pictures. Couldn't find a good place to fit them in the block of text I just wrote.

Also, since you guys seem to like animals, heres a picture of half my PC and my dog looking out the window. Yes, hes fat. I'm aware of this.
