I am just not that into gaming anymore.
Try as I might, I am typing this instead of playing Darksiders. It is unopened. I will just take it back tomorrow. I recently beat Assassins Creed 2. I went through it in about 20-25 hours. I unlocked all 1000 achievment points. I loved Uncharted 2, but not enough to play it again. I beat MW2 on medium difficulty, but haven't touched it on Veteran or Multi. A little Spec Ops, but that is it. I sleep about 20 hours on my days off. I am so tired. Am I "growing up?" I have been gaming since I was 5. Almost 27 years later and I am more interested in casual experiences. I am excited for Bioshock 2, but I already know how its going to go. Pick it up at midnight sale after a 12 hours shift. Get home, eat dinner with the girl, probably watch either House/24/HIMYM/Heroes/BBT and play for an hour before I fall asleep. I just beat Gears of War 2 on Insane...I bought that at launch.
Do I just have post win blues? Where you focus your attention to one particular title and then are lost for a bit afterwords? Since beating AC2, I have not really devoted much time to any serious gaming. The aforementioned GoW2 and 1v100.
Maybe I am just burned out? I work in video game retail. I talk to people about games, ring them up for games, steer them away from buying used 360 time bombs of sadness. I read Destructoid and other gaming sites and magazines. I am buying Heavy Rain, Bioshock 2 in the next few weeks, but I have yet to play Dragon Age and even Fallout 3, even though I bought the expansion content. WTH on that btw.
Anyone else feel this way? Recommendations?

I don,t think its importand if you stop enjoying games don,t play them do something else.
Get some regular exercise and sleep, makes a world of difference.
It's not a problem at all. Not all of us can have the vigor or passion like editors and developers. My suggestion is take a break an endulge in something else you love or want to get into. Let that take over for a while. If you're lucky it'll be something that makes you look smart like books or something that makes you look pretentious and artsy like indie films (that was me). If the gods doth allow it you'll be back. Just don't ignore gaming. Check the headlines every once in a while like any other news. Eventually something may excite you.
Also, try performing on a stage in something if you can. Like a local play or something in your town. These things are both draining and incredibly satisfying. You won't have time for games trust me an when you're done you'll want nothing more than to come back and just chill.
It's ups and downs. I went through a time where I couldn't be bothered to play a game then one day I just started playing again and loving them. Try looking at other things. I started sewing just for kicks and that was fun. Find a new hobby but be prepared to one day answer that siren song of video games. Do take back Darksiders and go rent it somewhere when you want to play it.
I find that running and biking really helps to loosen you up. Maybe join a recreational sport, those are always a blast. Whenever I'm getting tired of games, it is usually because I am lacking exercise. Your body craves to be pushed. Getting your heart pumping and blood flowing helps to clear your mind. Plus the soreness afterwards basically limits you to tv watching and video game playing only haha!
If you manage to get into Persona 3, you'll be back into gaming, but it won't let you go for a while...
it seems to me like you just don't want to play many current-gen games, which I can understand, cuz current-gen kinda sucks compared to others.
You get sick of blockbuster movies after a while. You get sick of blockbuster games if they're all you play too.
You say you sleep 20 hours a day on your day off... exaggeration or not, if you're sleeping a lot there could be other things going on - be it depression, a physical ailment, or just catching up from keeping odd hours. Take care of yourself. Take a break from gaming and do something physical - a walk, sports, whatever. Listen to your body.
You'll go back to gaming again... when it's right.
