Rock Band Japanese version confirmed
ParaParaKing | 12:44 PM on 06.02.2008 8 comments

Oh my god. I just saw this over at Kotaku.
A Japanese version of Rock Band. If this one has a completely new song list, I'll happily buy this or even better if the Japanese songs become DLC, I will be more than happy.
Also it seems like power-glove was right once again: Rock Band is Turning Japanese. I think it's turning Japanese. I really think so.

Damn, beat me to it.

Dir en Grey, Nightmare, L'Arc en Ciel please?

The bad thing about this though is all the otaku trying to sing in Japanese thinking they're the shit in the process. Oh man that will be fun.

i hope they don't use kanji on the songs. If they use just hiragana and katakana it would fit perfect for me

I don't care, if they use kanji or not, but if they do DLC for the western market, they will have to use romaji with that.

Hopefully the disc will be region free.

Well, I heard from Harmonix that they were planning big things and a partnership with Q is pretty huge.

I'll buy everything in DLC form, but I swear to god I'll rage if it's all the crappy JRock that's probably more popular here then in Japan <_<
