Who's excited for Switchball?
Orionsaint | 4:28 AM on 11.04.2007 8 comments

I don't know about you guys, but there hasn't been too many good XBL games in a while. There's been kind of a dry period. IMO anyway. So far my old time favorite XBL games are Lumines, Pacman CE, Marble Blast Ultra and Boom Boom Rocket. Which I'm still waiting for extra content, grrr!. But other than those games. I haven't really been compelled to buy MS points.

That is until now. Switchball looks amazing! It's like Marble Madness if it had evolved. One of my old classic favs. There's just something about rolling a ball around in a game. That's addicting. I also love the Monkey Ball series and Hamester Ball for the PC. If you like Marble Madness. Try this game out. You'll love it.

Check out the Teamxbox Review

I was afraid to read it at first, but now I'm glad I did. This should hold me until SFII HD Remix.

I was excited because I thought it was being developed by the same people that made Ballance...but apparently it isn't. I hope this is as good as Ballance was.

I loved Marble Blast Ultra...but this game will be completely different. If you're into the genres you should check these out, my favorite XBLA games:

Catan
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Lumines Live!
Marble Blast Ultra
Mutant Storm Empire

I just watched the video again. The team that made Ballance must have changed their name or something because this game looks identical. If this is a different company making it then they are blatant thieves.

I just read up on it and this game is a complete ripoff of Ballance. I'll probably get it anyway. Go download the Ballance demo and you will be SHOCKED at how much this game ripped off. Pretty much EVERY aspect...even how you exit the level! I believe Ballance was made three years ago but only released in North America one year ago.

I have this on my work PC and it's boring.
