Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
QFT. Though a few games like Crysis give PC gaming a bad name with their uber high requirements for the game to run semi-decently. Glorified tech demos suck hard.

I'd say there are a lot more Console gamers that think PC gaming is stupid, than PC gamers that think consoles are stupid. I love both, though PC is my favorite."
I imagine thats possible since there gaming format as seen as the better bang for the buck. Still being a dick is universal amongst gamers.
"Well, my PC is a piece of crap and I really want to play Bioshock, so it's the 360 or nothing,"
"But I can't use joypads for FPS games, they suck,"
"Well, I can...., so what the fuck's it to do with you,"
With my financial situation, spending 3 times the amount on a PC than I would on a console doesn't make sense. Especially when it's just for bragging rights and "better" graphics.
I hate that fucking argument and so I tried using a logitech dual action to play FPS games. After the inital learning curve I did better with it then I did with a mouse and keyboard. Today I use both on methods when playing,
For fps, I can play either way, keyboard + mouse or gamepad. I think I'm starting to prefer gamepad because it's more comfortable than the alternative. If someone can figure out a good gamepad control scheme for an RTS, I might as well just stop using KBM for gaming.
@WDot: I here you on the RTS scheme. What I use depends on how bad my left hand hurts. I broke my left wrist about 10 years ago and using the keyboard for gaming can be painful due to that.
