This has zero to do with "Hardcore/Casual, so don't worry...But this gets straight to the heart of the kind of gamer you are, and what you play that makes you so.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of 360 owners who are aware of the website www.360voice.com. Where your 360 "blogs" about you on a day-to-day basis...And based on how much you play, and what you play, it gives you a slight insight into what your console "thinks" of you. So I popped my blog up, and I noticed how sports games run my top 10 played games...And was curious as to what yours is, or would be.

I don't know if there is a similar deal set up for PS3 owners, and since I'm not one of them, I haven't looked...But I would imagine there are, or is, at least one. This is mine .

It gives you all your played games (as of your sign up date) and how many days you have played the game...There are also cool sort of 'stats' that show how many people who are signed up to the site have played a given title. It lists your Gamerscore, and gives a weekly recap for you.

Along the way you earn badges to add to the 'kind' of gamer you are...You get them, and lose them, based on your actions and method of play. Like right now, I have the 100+ badege (played for over 100 days straight), the SMUP/Puzzle badge (which says I enjoy those genres a lot) and so forth. (Not sure how I didn't get an FPS badge....if one exists).

So the question is, do you know what kind of gamer you are, and how much you play certain games? I think this is an interesting question, which you don't need to answer, or have others do so...But this is a cool sort of tool you can use to enhance your game enjoyment. That is, if it interests you, and since you're on Dtoid, it does.

It's not the kind of thing you would check everyday, but once in a while you might just surprise yourself. I knew I played sports games a lot, but didn't really see just how much my 360 was occupied by a sports game.
