I played the OPM demo (God rest its soul)and it was hard as shit. I live in the US! I don't know the streets of London, and I don't care to learn!
That's my best guess. BTW from the sound of it they're also just waiting for the Heavy Hitter XCLUSVS to pass to boot.
They looked too good; I was almost positive it was bullshot (bullshit screenshot, also can be used in reference to pre rendered trailers).
