fight night 4 looks amazing. fight night is the only realistic sports game i've ever played and thoroughly enjoyed.
I just got done playing it and as a huge fan of the series it did take some adjusting. You can no longer parry punches -- the centerpiece of the entire series to date -- you must instead dodge or block and then counterpunch. The demo lets you play as either Manny Pacquiao or Ricky Hatton. Unfortunately, the demo is only for 3 rounds; so if you want to see a KO, flail haymakers non-stop. Oooo I can't wait for the full game.
@Brosef:
If it were based off their recent fight, the third round is just a bonus. ;)
It seems pretty damn good. It takes some adjusting though. Practice, cus Imma take y'all down.
I'm still undecided on the body shot control design. I never liked that the previous installments made me lean forward whenever I wanted to work the body but I seem to be smacking people in the stomach when I'm trying to land an uppercut on the chin. The time differentiation between pushing down to hit the body and pushing down to start an uppercut to the chin is very minute.
