Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 24 years old and hail from Findlay, Ohio. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.

First off, I'd like to wish a happy birthday to 1/5th of the Golden Tiger Ninja Slugs, madninja. Today happened to be his birthday, so if you didn't wish him a good one, please go do so :)
But he's not alone. It's also the birthday of the man, the legend, the Rickroller himself... Rick Astley. He turns 42. Coincidentally, he was only 21 when he released "Never Gonna Give You Up" in 1987. So let's celebrate both birthdays... Go on, Rickroll yourself in honor of the man. It's the right thing to do. Also, it's not quite as well-known of a fact, but if Rick Astley emerges from his mansion today and sees his shadow, that means six more weeks before the lulz return. With that business taken care of, we move on to the fourth match of the Worst. Character. Ever. quarterfinals, pitting two characters against each other for the right to face Sora in the semifinals. But who won: Ty or Glover? QUARTERFINALS – MATCH 4 (Navi Bracket) (6) Ty the Tasmanian Tiger - 8 votes (15) Glover - 14 votes And so, it's the glove moving on to the semifinals in what was a most improbable match: SEMIFINAL – MATCH 2 (Navi Bracket) (16) Sora vs. (15) Glover With one-third of the quarterfinals complete, we move on to the two quarterfinals in the Navi Bracket. Four characters remain in that tournament, but just who will move one step closer to eternal shame?

(1) Activision will continue their bastardization of the Guitar Hero franchise.
(2) They will do so by putting out a Guitar Hero: Aerosmith Edition video game for the PS3, 360, and Wii, to be released “Fall 2008”.
