So I heard it was someone's birthday today? Yes?
Well, in that case, it's a special day today for our own Colette Bennett, Queen of Destructoid (apparently... I didn't assign that title) and editor-in-chief of Tomopop. She's a totally awesome person who brings us wonderful things, like gaming news, cute stuff, awesome toys, and a love of Taiko Drum Master that perhaps eclipses my similar love for those games.
But she's also awesome for different reasons. She didn't have to respond to an e-mail from a 21-year-old college kid who had only written for some gaming Web sites, a student newspaper and a few personal blogs. But for some reason, the scrappy little kid with the figure collection got to be a guest editor at the shiny new blog, then an associate editor over at Tomopop. And somehow, he turned out to be pretty good at this blogging thing.
So here's to Colette. Don't ever stop being awesome.
Also, your Chocobo is out back in the giant box with the bow. You might want to get it out of the box before it passes out from a lack of oxygen. We kinda wrapped over the air holes.
