Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 24 years old and hail from Findlay, Ohio. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.

I think the best way to describe today is that I wish it never happened. Things went wrong, work was awful to the point that I dread going in tomorrow, even though I worked my ass off, and as a result, things in the near future might be in doubt. Also, it made What'd You Get? really, really late this week, but it's still here, so don't worry.
I didn't get anything this week, but I did lose my sanity and my headset's mic broke. So I get to post a net loss for the week, I guess. I did download Smashball and play it, and while the game's fun, it crashes way, way, way too much. That's a shame. Anyways, that's it for me this week. What'd all of you get?

Play Odin Sphere asap: don't get discouraged! Just remember to farm fruit/money if you're having trouble.
Even though I shouldn't be spending money due to lack of job, I'll probably get a copy of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor for the DS some time this week. I'm still in the middle of Devil Summoner 2 so it might not be till the weekend until I play Devil Survivor. Regardless, I don't mind drifting happily in the Shin Megami Tensei sea. :)

I bought Metal Slug 3 off XBLA and I acquired what seems to be a chest infection of some variety.
And all I got was Ghostbusters for the Wii.
This week I got a new copy of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne.
I picked up Oni, Zone of The Enders, Red Faction 1, Splinter Cell and Stuntman for £10 ($16), great deal :)
I got a PSN card, and Pixel Junk Eden.
In the past few weeks I cleaned up on some older games that I never got around to, with the help of Goozex and Dtoid friends. I grabbed Operation Darkness, Gunstar Heroes, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, Bioshock, Condemned 2, Resident Evil 5, and Mass Effect.
I just beat RE5 last night, and it was fuckin' awesome. I was ready for another playthrough on professional immediately afterward.
I got Lego: Batman for PS3. Brainless fun.
Confirmed: Zerv doesn't like awesome games.
I grabbed the collector's Stranglehold for $10 new, just for the Hard Boiled in HD.
