So I finally got back on Xbox Live this weekend (GT: NihonTiger90) and it turns out that just about everyone I know with a 360 is playing Gears 2's multiplayer or is traveling the wastelands of Fallout 3. I'm guessing either nobody picked up Fable II or they've all beaten it already. The first Fable, after all, was actually pretty short if you went straight through it.
This week, I didn't get anything because I am still playing through Fallout 3 like everyone else. And to be honest, since I'm playing that, I really don't have time to play anything else, with my job taking up so much time and all. I'm glad I didn't get the Valve Pack a while ago off Steam, or I would have missed out on getting Left 4 Dead as a part of it.
Should be getting Banjo Nuts and Bolts and Left 4 Dead in the mail this week. Hopefully. Not buying anymore games until Christmas. Too many things to play.
On The Rain-Slicked Precipice of Darkness Episode 1 (sorry, I fucking love typing out the name) and MC Frontalot's "Final Boss" CD, which has the best cover art EVAR:
Went to Hell (Wal-Mart) to use the coinstar machine and got a little over $20 out of it and they happened to have Zack and Wiki for $20 ... So I lost some of my soul and bought it. I also failed at talking myself out of Animal Crossing: City Folk and picked that up ... and now I'm going to buy Wall-E on bluray tm .... I think I have a problem...
Penny Arcade Episode 2 (sorry, I hate typing out that name), Pinball fx with SF2 table (<3 pinball), and pre-ordered LEFT 4 DEAD for tomorrow, Last Remnant for later this week(I think), and the motha fucking Chrono Trigger for next monday.
This isn't necessarily from this week, as I haven't had time to blog about the awesome stuff I got, but I felt compelled to post my last big haul . . . here!
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts for the fucking win. I'm adding everyone on here that also has it to my friends list so we can play and share some fucking vehicles.

about me
Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 23 years old and hail from Lorain, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.
Also, I am Chad Concelmo's B.F.F., my prize for coming in first in The Great Retro Quiz .18 - ActRaiser. Accept no substitutes. Not even Aerox.
