Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 24 years old and hail from Findlay, Ohio. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.

It's Monday, which no one is ready for. Mondays are even less fun when it involves you
going back to school for the final semester, all while completing a final internship and looking for a job post-graduation. Yeah... fun times. However, all is not so dull and gloomy. It's 67 degrees out right now. In northern Ohio. In January. WTF, climate change. Today, I also have a few new purchases. Besides a working copy of Call of Duty 4 (yay!), I also have a new game to review and three more that came as part of a post-Christmas gift to myself. So here's what I got:

Back to school already? I’m in college as well, and I don’t go back until Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend (school starts on the 22nd). It just depends, I guess...my brother has to go back this coming weekend, while some of my friends don’t go back until the week after me.
Oh, what’d I get? Nothing game-wise (I’m still playing my backlog from 2007), but I finally picked up Radiohead’s In Rainbows, as well as Superbad on Blu-ray and Airplane (“Don’t Call Me Shirley!” Edition) on DVD. All for like $35 including tax. Best Buy, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...
Anyway, I got clothes and money (and junk food) for Christmas. I spent said money on a PSP with Daxter and a Family Guy UMD, and got Parappa the Rapper and Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters. On the Wii front, I bought Zack & Wiki and Medal of Honor: Heroes 2.
Up next, a black/blue/special edition DS Lite for me and an HDMI to DVI adapter for the PSTriples!

Yea, I was hoping to sport my new leather(-like) jacket I got for christmas for a little while longer.
Battle Coliseum is awesome, I hope they're working on a sequel with Setsuna, Vanessa, and more metal slug people(I find myself starting to like using Fio in Maximum Impact 2).
