Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 24 years old and hail from Findlay, Ohio. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.

So the big game is over. The Giants won, and now I get to harass my relatives out in Boston for a whole year about them choking this one away. Congrats to the Giants in what was one of the best Super Bowl games I've seen played in a long, long time.
But we also watch for the commercials. This year, there was some funny and some fail. Everyone's opinions differ, but I picked out my epic wins and epic fails from this year's crop. Take a look below and let me know what you think: Best Bridgestone - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Woodland critters make anything funny. Bud Light - Fire Breath Makes me want to drink Bud Light, if only for the fire breath. Still doesn't change that it tastes like piss. Tide - The Talking Stain It's alive! It's aliiiiiiiiiiiiiive! Pepsi - Magnetic Attraction Celebrities? Check. Crazy, gravity-defying situations? Check. Concussions? Check. Also, at 0:22, look for a cameo from SNL's Andy Samberg. Dick in a Box reunion FTW. Pepsi - The One Made By Deaf People Based off a joke often told by deaf people, Pepsi's probably going to win some award for this ad. Diet Pepsi Max - What is Love? Yes, the joke's about 8 years old. And yes, the funny doesn't come until later in the commercial, but the end is great. FedEx - Carrier Pigeons Where can I get one? Barack Obama - Join Surprisingly well shot for a political ad, but then again, it's the Super Bowl. Coke - Best Friends Apparently Coke heals all wounds. Bridgestone - Night Driving You never know what you might encounter driving on a dark road at night... Worst Bud Light - Carlos Mencia Returns Stupid, stupid, stupid. Next. Sobe Lifewater - Dancing Lizards = Sales? Wait, what the hell are you selling again? Under Armor - The Future Is Now, Bitches By far, in my opinion, the worst commercial of not only this Super Bowl, but last year's, too. God awful and stupid. Gatorade - Man's Best Friend Uhhhhh... what?

That was my favorite of the night.
I saw the dancing lizard one (there were free hot wings in my lobby!) and it was just kind of a silent what the fuck moment.
I did see the e*trade one and I liked that. The e*trade ones are always interesting. I remember one year they had a chimp riding a horse through the streets of New York or something...
And then there's the Audi R8 ad. Brilliant, but I had to explain the joke to a few people watching the game with me. >.>
The FedEx commercial was by far the best of the year though.
