Oh, hi there. Didn’t see you enter. Anyways, welcome to my humble little blog. For those of you not familiar with who I am, the name’s Brian. I’m 24 years old and hail from Findlay, Ohio. I work at the local newspaper here as a copy editor, putting my four long years of college to actual use. Kind of. I think.
For those of you who might recognize me from elsewhere, I work as Assistant Gaming Editor over at Blogcritics Gaming and as Features Editor over at Tomopop. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because I get to do a lot of cool shit with a lot of cool people.
I've been gaming since the relatively young age of around 3 and I've played plenty of games, both good and bad. I'm continuously expanding my gaming collection, which has become more of an archive in recent years as I'm focusing on collecting older, less well-known titles. You'd honestly be surprised on what people are missing out on in bargain bins...
Other than gaming, I love anime, manga, sports, movies, TV, and a whole lot more. I also happen to have something of a legendary love for Cammy, to the point that I am the site's unofficial official Cammy fanboy. And yes, I do play as her in Street Fighter and do so quite well, too.

Ever since the Wii has come out, we've seen all kinds of crazy peripherals for it. Some have been great, and others are crap.
This one is certainly not crap, but will it be great? I'm not totally sure if Nyko's Wireless Wii Nunchuck attachment is gonna be great or just plain mediocre. 
Wave of the future, my friends. Wave of the future... Of course, the first thing I'm left to wonder is what need there is for a wireless nunchuck right now. I really don't think so, because I don't have much of a problem with the wired solution, but having a wireless solution is a nice alternative if I choose to go that route. The second question I have concerns the durability of Nyko's wrist straps. I assume they'd learned from Nintendo's fiasco and had come up with some strong straps... but considering that this is a third party peripheral, you never know. And after all, my Nyko Wii charger works great... until one half the charger crapped out, meaning I now have to charge both batteries with the same side of the charger, so it takes twice as long. So I'm not to sold that the strap won't break and send the nunchuck flying into my TV instead while I'm playing one of the few games that actually requires you to waggle the nunchuck around, too. And lastly... what about battery life? Does it run off the Wii batteries - which is likely - and if so, how much more battery life will it eat up? Wireless might be great, but if it means I have to charge my Wii remote every four hours instead of every eight, then I'm not totally sure it's worth it. I'll definitely consider this is it's under $20, but I think they'll probably charge $20 for it, so I'm on the fence right now. It holds promise, but I'm not sure if I really need it right now. Besides, I am much more geeked for this Nyko accessory...

What would happen if multiple wireless nunchucks were in use?
I'm pretty sure that's a power button actually.
Neat idea, but probably not something I'd drop the cash on myself.
I had this same thing happen to me, and one day it just started working again. You should check to see if it's working now that you've "given it the time it needs to sort through [it's] issues".
It is a sync button.
Anyway, I would much prefer a wireless solution. Can Nintendo make one, plz?
