Also, this is a nice example of the disingenuous way copyright attorneys will mix the wishes of their client with various legal words and phrases to make it sound like they're on really solid legal ground.

Oh well. Best to cease and desist, and give some bad PR to Sega. Did they try asking you first? Because they could have done that without confirming that the pictures were real.

My theory is that the wave after wave of shitty sonic games was just to get everyone's expectations down for sonic unleashed, which will hopefully bring some respect back to the old icon.
