lol, man gamespot is fucked.
But...but that would be honest!
It's not so much the liars as the lies that bother me.
Classic.
Haha, so tags will be locked from tomorrow onwards as well?
What a stormy little tag cloud.
The damage control is a lies.
lol @ Pew
I can't believe they disabled user reviews. Niero should've touched ground on that too.
This CONSPIRACY that CNET SUCKS is not LIES from LIARS full of CORRUPTION, but a natural fallout from the BULLSHIT DAMAGE CONTROL that CORPORATE is attempting to pass off as truth after the CONTROVERSY over the EIDOS complaint that caused EDITORIAL DIRECTOR JEFF GERSTMANN to be FIRED over his KANE & LYNCH review. Needless to say, the response is BS and "JEFF GERTSMANN" is the wrong way to spell JEFF GERSTMANN.
Did I get every tag in?
I can't believe they disabled user reviews.
You've gotta be fucking kidding me man.
Hilarious. Absolutely hilarious.
FIGHT THE POWER!!!!
Yeah, I saw that when I checked out the PR response earlier. Hilarity.
@Necros: I believe that was word-for-word an actual comment to the site.
Things certainly have gone to hell for Gamespot. Well, even more so. I always thought Gamestop was a crappy website.
Guess you could say we've found what the "G-spot" is all about.
Epic.
Also, clitoris.
Haha that's crazy. I didn't know they had disabled user reviews. I'm not a regular, I just occasionally lurk. They're probably worried that a digital riot will destroy all user game scores since they already did it to kayne & lynch
People need to stop posting anything on the site and instead just stop visiting the site entirely and giving companies like Eidos who have CLEARLY paid for advertisements any reason to spin the high traffic into more positive PR bullshit.
"They must LOVE K&L, I mean, come on... they keep visiting articles about it, right?" - Eidos PR Lead in near future
Haha Ron has a screenshot of the disabled user comments:

Man, it's so srange how messed up this truly is.
Wow I guess Ron is already on top of it. If there was a digital riot I'd definitely want Workman or some type of Destructoid entity helming the masses.
Digital riot!
hahah omfg, look at them all :O
I grant this eleven rofflecoptors out of ten.
First Joystiq ( H8ers )...
Then IGN ( Ass CREED )...
Now Gamespot ( Reviews for $ )...
Have gotten their bookmarks taken off my Apple!
Who's NEXT?
gamespot is getting fuhked over because of this... I LOVES IT
...ive always hated gamespot
First the cake was a lie...
why don't they just say "ok you caught us with Eidos' penis in our gaping mouths!"? it will make this all a little less painful for everyone invovled?
I'm actually worried about the Gamespot staff who are caught in the crossfire of this crap. Is anyone going to listen to their podcast? Just to see what the guys say?
lol @ Barcode
Once again, I blame communism. It's always communism.
razerangel made me laaaaaugh..
wee need to get Gamewh0re listed in that box. NOW
the internet is a lie!
Haha, that's awesome.
I suddenly believe that the internet has the power to destroy GameSpot. Concentrate all fire on that web site! Try and draw their fire away from the cruisers! That thing's operational!
thats some funny a)s stuff there
Gamespot can't recover from this, the tags sealed the deal.
Of course they can delete tags... What really needs to happen is legal actions to fix the fucked up video game review scene. This is the same thing our country went through with the Payola scandal and mainstream media hasn't touched the issue yet. Someone get on the horn to CNN.
If u guys want to hear about what went down with Jeff, listen to 12/4's HotSpot. They clear it up quite a bit.
