Localization implies more than just a direct translation.
What kind of things did they have to change?
Do you have multiple paths to do down in localization? Like, are there different ways to interpret something in English from Japanese, or any other language?
If so, how do you choose which interpretation to use?
Ask about Topher Cantler's impression of you. Don't tell Topher you know about it.
Then ask about Earthbound and why it isn't being released, even though we all know why. And then ask why they're making these games and not a sequel to that on a new platform in english.
Then ask about Kid Icarus on the Wii.
