Time Distortion

So, these past two days, I've done nothing but play work, eat, sleep, and play BioShock (OK, and maybe hit up a bar or two). This game is the most immersive I've played in recent memory. I had to set an alarm so I wouldn't be late for work tonight. And with the immersion comes fright. I have been scared and yelled at least twice, and I can't remember anytime anything has made me do that since I was little and watched my dad play Wolfenstein 3D.

The best part is, while I was at work today, I sneaked a peek at the strategy guide just to see how far I was. I figured since I had all the weapons and a fair amount of the plasmids and tonics unlocked that I was near the end, say 3/4 of the way through. Nope. Try half. Goddamn, this game is amazing.
