A katamari like game where you are a shoe, and your goal is to navigate through a crowd of people from point A to point B by lauching from one foot to another. Basically Frogger, but with power ups like 'selling out' which turns you into the official sneaker for a specific sport, each with their own attribute bonuses (ie basketball offers a jump multiplier, baseball speed etc), and obstacles like dog shit, dogs and mud.
Also, this game would feature play by play from Tommy Chong and Sugar Ray, who, in game, are marionettes.

I did this before. Though it's still a fun topic.
To be honest, for me, that game would be something that combines the length and scope of a JRPG with the occasional choice of a WRPG, with a combat system that takes a look at Final Fantasy Tactics on PS1 and says "Yeah, that's a good start, but the battlefields need to be five times as big and have twice as many combatants per side".

You might be surprised to know we feel the same way about FF Tactics 1.
And yes the scale can always be bigger, though I don't know if five times would make it any more fun, it would just add to a lot more running around.
Adding a massive JRP-like plot with moral choices, however, is also something we've looked in to. Never thought to combine the two ideas as the tactics game was aimed to be online multiplayer, but who knows? After we make the engine for the tactics game we could take it in other directions.

My dream game? Essentially a proper sequel to the original Bushido Blade. Bushido Blade 2 was *ok* but not worth playing over the original, and there have been NO games since those two titles that have a properly implemented "I hit you with a sharp object, you DIE, screw healthbars" game mechanic.
I know, my dreams are small, but I'm trying to have a realistic dream game because my true dream game will never be made :-)
