The following is a IM conversation I had with Bernie Mac this past Friday, shortly before his untimely death: Me: Hey Bernie Mac, how's the hospital food? Bernie Mac: Haha, you crazy dude. I've had better. You've got to get your mom's chili recipe for me sometime. Me: I totally will Bernie Mac, because we are extremely close friends. Bernie Mac: Have I mentioned how much I enjoy those electronic game boxes you plug into the television? Me: Yeah, like 15 times. I'll have to post about that on my forum Bernie Mac. Bernie Mac: Well g2g, Mary-Kate Olsen is supposed to be coming by to visit me in a few minutes. She says she has a surprise for me. Me: Catch you later Bernie Mac, hope you get better soon. Oh by the way, Guess Who fucking sucked. Rest in Peace Funnyman, in Heaven the bowl of chili never runs out. As a result of this conversation, I've decided to quit Destructoid forever, just like I did around this time last year. I'm taking off tomorrow to eat free food, hit the bars around Blacksburg, and pretend I'm learning while my employer foolishly continues to pays my salary. I'm taking the 360 with me during the week I'll be gone, and if the hotel's wifi cooperates with me you'll probably see me on Live. Try not to miss me too much. Peace out bitches!
