These guys are just giving you shit, they're actually good people when they're not kicking you in the face.
What they're trying to say is that the blogging section is meant for "editorial" and the forums are made for discussions. What you wrote was fine, you just put it the wrong place.
Guys - be more constructive with newbs. You're not exactly making Dtoid a better place by chasing people away, know what I mean? Let's not be a clique, we're a better community than that. Let's show them right off the bat.
I guess everyone is just being defensive because they don't want the community to turn out one line blogs and shitty articles.
