Perfect Dark is more likely, I'd love to have that again. The original on N64 that is.
Rare owns THIS game, You got the Broccoli family, who own Bond, Nintendo's just the publisher, but you also have Activision with the rights to Bond currently, and EA holding a license to the name "Goldeneye" as well.
Do you have a link that says this was shot down? I've been skeptical because of Nintendo's involvement plus the James Bond license.
"Rareware Is Revisiting 007
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Xbox Evolved has many sources indicating that the classic N64 Rareware title “Goldeneye 007” will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade later this year, as well as many others.

Talking with very reliable sources, and seeing evidence ourselves, Xbox Evolved believes that Microsoft, Rareware, MGM Studios (studio that makes the James Bond 007 movies) and Activision (holds the license for James Bond 007 titles right now) have come to an agreement to bring the Rareware developed Goldeneye 007 out to Xbox Live Arcade shortly before the new game developed by Activision is released."
Nintendo 64 had some good stuff going for it, but with the degrading controllers (who else needed Viagra for their joystick after just a few too many twirls of Bowser in Mario 64?) Its hard to replay any of them.
I miss Goldeneye...and Banjo Kazooie.
Removing box art would be the stupidedest thing ever. Especially after 10 years. I mean, c'mon.
