I have no clue what any of that really means, per se, but... uh... COOL!

That sucks. Not that I have the money to put together an SLI capable machine, but it'd be nice if everyone could cooperate. The more the big companies fight over licenses the more we have to pay for components and the gap between PC and console cost just continues to grow.
Also, that's one more generation of machines that still won't be able to max out Crysis.
I'm an AMD man, even though they haven't been keeping up with Intel as of late. I'm all about value.
SLI is worthless. Absolutely, 100% worthless.
Also Nvidia will roll over in a heartbeat if they think Intel's thread is serious/sustainable. CPUs are the centerpiece of a computer in most builders' minds, it leads the technology decisions.
