Magfest X has begun and is more amazing than I could possibly imagine

Today was the day. after a nearly 8 hour drive I arrived in National Harbor, MD to find a crew of some of the best people I have ever met in my life. as I'm pulling into the parking garage I see Danl Haas talking to Icarus kills and got one of the best in car hugs I've ever received. seeing everyone is amazing. and even though the last time I saw most of these guys was in june It feels like no time has passed.

That is something special about this community. To me its like summer camp. you go. you see people. you fall in love with that crew and dont see them for a long time. it's depressing at first. but you realize that even though you may not see them in a while they are family and as soon as you see them again you will be greeted with hugs and treated like family.

I'm a little drunk right now (as any dtoid meetup goes) but honestly I wouldn't trade any of you for the world. I love you with all my heart and am proud to say I'm a Dtoider.

Look I'm being lame. but seriously most people dont understand that people who meet on the internet is not a bad thing. its something that only our generation will even begin to understand but some of the people that this community has introduce to me I would feel more comfortable having in my non existant wedding party than people I have been friends with since high school.
