Yay! Deadly Premonition is my favourite game of this generation -- so far -- and I'm sure that you'll love it.
Ugh. I'd be happy for you had my experience on this game soured greatly. All I'll say is make sure to get all the Infinite ammo weapons. There's a point in the game I got to where there was no way to advance because I didn't have these weapons. It's definitely got style and quirk...but man is it such a flawed game if you don't know what you're doing.

I'm reiterating advice given to me, but you should actively find:
-Radio
-Infinite Magnum and/or Sub Machine Gun
-Infinite Flamethrower but only use against a certain type of enemy.
-Morgan's Car
-Radio

As a general rule, I keep about 6 GB of space free so I can install whatever game I happen to be playing. Otherwise, it sounds like my 360 is going to fucking explode.

Damn it I wish I wasn't moving I totally would have voted for Brutal Legend (SO GOOD). DP is actually on my backlog too...
