It sucks! Nothing I heard about it (from fans) sounded good but even Unskippable's hilarious cast couldn't saturate such bone-dry boredom with humor.

Maybe in the original Japanese to a native speaker the story sounds great but this English opening monologue rambles. Even when giant robots show up the fight drags like a musician playing too slow a tempo. The main character Snake's aburrido* too. He hangs back and hides. What a useless soldier.

I think playing through a game's like growing up in a country or fucking a chick. Having been inundated and devoted time some folks come to terms with the thing's faults by denying them. Other people are mature or hurt enough to say, "[country] sucks" or "(sob) I hate that bitch." It's time people who played MSG4 own up and admit it was a bad movie.
