What is with God Of War II and lighting things on fire?
Meta-Ridley | 8:19 AM on 12.31.2007 5 comments

I mean honestly the pegasus's wings are on fire. Rage of Titans is just enveloping yourself in fire and not being knocked down or caught by anything. I guess this shirt is true.

Though I really, really, hate the ending cause it's basically saying "Hey go buy a PS3 to continue the epicness of this game!

If you have comments, or more appearances of lighting things on fire in God of War II then please share.

P.S I found Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for only $20 at Gamestop! WOOHOO!

Because fire is cool... and shiny

Because Kratos can do whatever he wants. He's still badass with a booger running down his nose. And yes, the ending is meant to entice you into buying a PS3. This is partly why I bought one. God of War 3 will be amazing, even if the gameplay is the same as the last 2.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

 about me

Hi, I'm Anthony. I enjoy anything that is remotely nerdy. Comics, anime, videogames obviously and collecting action figures (mainly Marvel Legends.) I enjoy all types of games from RPG to Action. I guess the best way to show you my tastes is to give you a top 10 list.

1. Disgaea:Hour of Darkness
2. Okami
3. God Hand
4. Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core
5. Kingdom Hearts 2
6. Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask,
7. Final Fantasy VI
8. Chrono Trigger
9. Metal Gear Solid
10.Guitar Hero II

I own no next-gen systems. Currently I own a Dreamcast (Pirating FTW), a Gamecube and a Ps2. Hopefully for Christmas I will get a DS.

I also visit a lot of message boards usually under the name of MetaRidleyX the board I most frequent is Board 8 (The Contest Board) on GameFAQs.

I'm currently:
