I suppose this is the part where I introduce my self, and you all respond with a cordial (but expected) "welcome to Dtoid", "it's time to get raped", etc.

I'm female. Not stating this as a bias, merely forewarning anyone who might think I'm a candy-ass for my game choices if they didn't know my gender. Plus, I have boobs. They're really nice and squishy and I thought you should all know.

My roots stem from the NES, skipping the SNES and moving straight to the 64. Thusly, my gaming started in Nintendo and it has carried through. I'm still a big fan of the N64, and I love my Wii. Yes, I still have a Gamecube. My personal favorites are Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Harvest Moon, and anything Mario Party.

The XBox 360 has become a staple of gaming for me; without it, I wouldn't be able to get my fix of Castle Crashers, Geometry Wars, or my pre-order fix for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. I'm mostly a fan of arcade, though before my Live subscription ran out, I was a big fan of GoW. If I had to rank, the 360 falls slightly below the Wii. Yes, I know, I'm biased, but Nintendo's what I was raised on, and as such it's the bread and butter of my gaming.

I'm not really a big fan of Sony. When I was younger, I had a Playstation. When I got older, I got a PS2. Nothing that Sony has done has really grabbed me, and their loss of money over the PS3 was certainly not a crying matter for me. Now that they've dropped the price and the quality of the PS3, I'm certainly not impressed. I'd like Sony if they made games I like, but after whiling away two months of my time on RPG Maker, and being forced to buy a PS2 nouveau to run the damn game, I kind of gave up. Call me bitter, but nothing about the PS3 is a siren song to draw me back to Sony. I did, however, keep my PS2 for "nostalgic" value. It just kind of sits there. Sometimes, at night, while I'm playing 360, I think I can hear it crying.
