You're asking a community that has been almost completely obsessed with Blazblue since before it even came out which game to get with decisions that included BlazBlue.
Did you really need to ask that?
.....With that said, I vote for King of Fighters because I haven't heard much about it yet and it looks amazing.

Otherwise, BlazBlue, you'll get a handy tutorial Bluray and a 2 CD soundtrack.
I watched the video review for Blazblue recently. It looked amazing. The choice is clear.
I can't wait for Blaz Blue personally. It's made me want to pick up Guilty Gear.
BlazBlue is by far the better deal for $60 if you manage to snag the limited edition anyways.

I played KOF, it wasn't "all that" imo.
I haven't even played Blazblue and it looks AMAZING. GET IT, I should hopefully have it in my possession in a few weeks as well. I think you're going to find a bigger community, at least on Dtoid to play with too.
