Hellos to all strangers who have clicked on to my blog! Name is Jade,like everyone else on Destructoid I love video games, also anime too. My taste in video games varies, I love RPGs,adventure,platformers,RTS and some fighting games. My favorite game of all time is Okami.I would also like to see Threads of Fate 2 made and even Klonoa games, since I had some good memories with those games.Well if you wanna know more about me don't be afraid to ask ^_^!

What else...OH I live in NYC however...I hate living in Queens, but I still love Brooklyn the BEST :D! I was born on July 4th and I've been a gamer since 1994 thanks to my brother <3!I'm currently studying to become a preschool teacher too. Personally there is something about video games I just really love about and I kind of see it like going inside a interactive book that you're playing.

So after 2 years old Wii playing and only having that as a "current" generation console....I finally got something new. I've been waiting for this day forever and I couldn't be happier :D!!!!

I FINALLY GOT A PS3 (Slim)!!!! So I called my local game store and asked if they had any PS3 slims out yet. It was my lucky day and they only had one left to sell, but the guy was really nice and waited for me to pick it up! After power walking to the store from my college I finally got there with a PS3 slim just sitting there waiting for a good gamer to pick it up.

So after an one hour train ride back home playing on my DS I finally get home. Tired from today I asked my sister to move my PS2 and Wii into my bedroom so the PS3 can have the whole living room. After playing 2 hours of LittleBigPlanet I'm SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW :D!!!! I feel like the Nintendo 64 kid right now ^_____^!!!

And my Wii must hate me now.

Ahh, the feeling of getting a new console. It is so much more fun than any game on the console will probably be.

Did that sound depressing? It wasn't supposed to. Haha; anyway, I'm happy you found one!

I don't think you need to worry about your Wii; I'm sure it's having fun with the PS2 in the bedroom. ;)

i bought an XBOX 360 elite today, and in order to make room for my new toy on the TV stand -- i had to unhook my wii.
well, i didn't have to.. it just looked so pitiful sitting beside such large, dark and powerful units. well, that and i have not touched it in months.

Congratulations on your purchase! I'm glad you're enjoying LBP; the on-disc levels are pretty breathtaking in aesthetic value, but the online component showcases some impressive feats of architecture and design. Like Kraid said, you'd probably enjoy some of the inexpensive PSN titles like Flower, Noby Noby Boy, and maybe some of the PixelJunk games.

Also, your setup is similar to mine! I have a PS2 and Wii in my bedroom, and my PS3 (and 360) are in the living room.

Is that your art in your header/avatar/blog? If so, that's incredible! I'm shocked at how much artistic talent exists among the dtoid community.
