Hello Destructoid. I suppose I got off on the wrong foot by posting an old blog from another site as my first official post, but I'm proud of that little blog and I thought I'd share it.

Anyways, I go by Mave and I'm interested in becoming an active member here. One of my friends, Brett (Animated Trigger), is obviously a member here and has been posting for a while. My only real connection to others across the internet with gaming has been through GameFAQs, and it's not that fun to have an opinion of any sorts at GameFAQs, let me tell ya'.

I don't like to think of myself as a Nintendo fanboy, but Nintendo is usually where I call myself home. I've always supported them and I still continue to. I did, just recently purchase an XBox 360, mostly for GTA4, but I'm at least trying to expand my gaming horizon for this generation of consoles. I don't know if I'll ever get a PS3, mostly because money is tight and other than games like God of War 3 or whatever the Ico Team is cooking up, I'm not interested in their exclusives right now.

Well, I hope I don't come across as arrogant or anything bad. This seems like a pretty cool place to share your gaming views, and I hope I can do that, along with learn a thing or two from others.
