Afterdark: when heroes become legends

Napalm Studio, a renowned name when it comes to animation and game

The studio has opted for kickstarter platform for the same and hopes to raise the amount by May 2013. When contacted a representative of the company said, “We are working to develop a complete game showing epic battle where heroes fight villains. The project is a part of modern gothic horror and everything would be created right from scratch. We would not be using any premade asset to ensure that After Dark becomes a unique and amazing experience.”

According to the sources, the studio would be releasing versions compatible with Linux, Mac, iOS and android platforms to name a few. The amounts that can be donated include $2, $15, $25, $40, $80, $150, $1000, $2000 and $5000 among others. Each pledge entitles the donor to a few stuffs details related to which can be found on the kickstarter’s page dedicated to After Dark.

Sources also confirmed that the game will support four players who can play as a team while helping out each other. When contacted, the representative confirmed, “The game supports four players and is our way of remembering old beat up games.” Of the amount, $12, 000 would be spent in developing Mac and Linux version and $14, 000 in iOS and android versions.
