I think they just need a totally redesigned D pad to begin with. just rip off nintendo or sony. Wait not Nintendo, theirs is too small.
I think I am going to buy the Red one because Dude Huge said that's the one he uses.
In all seriousness, it would be better off if Microsoft and Hori teamed up for some serious controllers, because they're impossible to find in retail! Especially for Street Fighter 4.

Good video. I want one of these so bad but I dont think its getting released in the U.S. SSFIITURBOHDREMIX....Christ...will be unplayable with the 360s dpad. And the dualshock 3's dpad can tear up fingers.

I recall reading, however, that the USA isn't going to be getting these...supposedly the new controllers were intended for particular games which use the d-pad a lot (soccer games in particular, IIRC), which are not as popular here as elsewhere. Of course, many of us would argue that anyone with functioning fingers would prefer a better d-pad even if it's not being used all the time, but oh well.
There is a relatively simple mod you can do to the existing controller's case (just shaving off some excess plastic, really) which supposedly improves its performance - I haven't tried it myself, but there's a tutorial or two floating around on YouTube. Of course, we'd all prefer that MS change its mind and release it over here, but...

Puke is not green.
Puke is usually the color of bile, which is somewhere between mustard yellow and tomato sauce red.
This controller is lima bean green.

i saw one of these yesterday at my GAME induction and wondered if it was any different, hopefully i can get a play on one at my first shift tomorrow and see how it plays
but yeh, like other people have said, would be good if they just worked on a new d-pad all together
