My compulsion with joining gaming sites.

Is it because I am that obsessed with gaming culture?

No.

That would probably be the 'correct' answer, but honestly I am just a bored female individual who is entirely exhausted with only having male friends. I heard, however right it may be, that this community contains girls who genuinely enjoy games but do not feast upon the popularity associated with being a 'girl gamer.'

Please, prove me right. I like having guy friends for the most part, but I really do miss having girl friends.

Hey Loserly, I haven't seen you around much so welcomes :D
There are a few awesome ladies on this site: Mrs Violence, Britini Martini, Virtual Girl, & Aktrez are to name a few.

Obviously when your on a gamer site the majority of your friends will be male. My 1up.com friends list is probably 70% male. It's because most of the females around these gamer "profile" sites are using it like a myspace and/or are fake.

Don't worry, I join a lot of gamer sites. Destructoid is the only one website that will keep me excited however.

Hey! Welcome! Dtoid rocks, i used to do the same thing, i went around and joined every gaming site in existance, but once i found dtoid, all the other ones went to shit...this is the best community ever, and there are some awsome girls on the site!
