My first system was the Atari 2600, back when I was around 4 or 5 years old. Through the rest of the 80's and 90's, my loyalty was split between Sega and Nintendo. I have also been an off and on again PC gamer. Recently, I have fallen in love with Steam and my awesome ASUS laptop which seems to run everything I throw at it very well.
Outside of gaming, I'm a married man with a 10 year old son who is also my best friend and co op partner. I studied Computer Science at college.

Hi anyone. I'm LongDeth (Or Ian) and I'm a long time Dtoid reader, but recently I have felt like speaking up in the community. I'm both a console and PC gamer, I'm married to a wonderful woman and I have a ten year old son I play quite a few games with.
I mostly will play anything that is well made, but I enjoy RPGs the most. Those are also the games I seem to have the least time for. Being married and finding time to play is rather a bitch, but it's not really something to complain about.
I'd like to spend some time here getting to know others, writing about classics and debating with jack asses. Thanks for reading.
