Awesome news. Makes me not wanna buy an iPod next time I'm in the market for an mp3 player.
Will it work with the older models or just the new ones?

The release stated "Zune Compatibility" and since the hardware is basically the same it should work with the 30 GB but some games might be easier to play than others on the new touch display. I would expect full compatibility for the first launch. Hexic for example does not need a touch function whatsoever. it plays fine with the D-Pad on the 360

Not sure yet, this was just released in the Microsoft Keynote today so more details are to come. I will post a response to this Blog in the event I get the information before Dtoid main page does. I will be checking XBLA and Zune Marketplace regularly to find out
