OH and i should add. to even UNLOCK the mini game you need to raise the pikachu you get in pokemon yellow. import him into pokemon stadium use him to beat the final stage of the poke cup THEN teach him surf and put him in your party back in pokemon yellow. I think there was one other way to get a pikachu with surf (besides game shark you cheaters), but I can't remember it.
no one cares enough about pika beach to even have a TG score... and considering the luck and skill that went into getting that score I'd be surprised if you could even GET anything higher then 7500.
each run of the course is random (or are selected from a large pool). and some runs simply can net you a higher score. so you have to have the perfect waves and the perfect jumps and NO falls to even come close to the score I obtained.
