you should really go to the doctor.. i'm still without medical coverage but if i ever get that bad i just go in, you can setup a payment system when you're there so you don't get totally fucked at once. hope you get better as well!
Go to a psicologist , I'm not saying you're mad , but upset stomach and stuff may have psicological causes ...
I hope you feel better. I run the risk of no health insurance too. I was like that not too long ago, but I didn't throw up (I think) but I had a hard time seeing too (though I have freaking sweet eyesight). I'd give it about a week before it all passes, maybe a little longer. I'm sure your body will be able to fight it off!
