As much as I love the constant stream of Mario vids that pop up on Youtube, I can't help but feel sorry for Sonic. All he has is speedruns and incredibly amateur hacks, which obviously is nothing huge.
So when I stumbled upon a 3-set of videos featuring someone getting all 7 Chaos Emeralds in Sonic 2 on the Emerald Hill levels only, I was a little bit taken back. There's only 7 sign posts to hit, so there's no room for error. But this guy pulls it off. He must have a memory like a freaking elephant or something.
So if you are into crazy videos to lower your self esteem and make you drop your jaw as well, check 'em out. It's pretty cool stuff I think.
I've done that.[/bragging] Of course, when I did it, I got hit a couple more times than this guy did. Fuck that last emerald's stage... it's rough. And also, there's eight posts... one right before you fight Robotnik, but you can't go backwards once you come out of it, and you've got 0 rings when you come out.

anyway sonic doesnt get praise as much as mario cuz he's as generic as they come in platformers/side scrollers
