I suck at Guitar Hero. I'll openly admit that. I can barely hang on the Hard difficulty, so when I see videos like this, it makes me drop my jaw and wonder why I even play the game. The clip is only 2 minutes long, but jesus man, is this the Jordan of Guitar Hero 3?

To be fair to the video, it didn't show the solo. But at least Activision are staying true to the difficulty of the song.

My friend put this band on during music tech, and I genuinely thought it was a MIDI with someone singing over top. They are just ridiculously talented. I'd love to see them live.

Ugh, Dragonforce. Reminds me of my brief, misguided year at music 'school', watching floppy faced Hagrid lookalikes wank a fretboard with their sausage fingers.

Guitar hero is very, very cream inducing, but it'll be rock band for me. It's a natural progression. Somehow '3' looks dated, at least with my fickle little though process.

Dated? Dude, DDR has survived this long, I think Guitar Hero will be fine. The tracklisting on Rock Band has put me off a little. Noting too spectacular.

Guitar Hero 3 will be better than Rock band because it has a better soundtrack. However, if Tom Sawyer were a master track, it would be a LOT closer.

Rock band has a few duff tracks for sure, but I trust harmonix ability to create interesting, challenging levels out of the material they use. I have a feeling neversoft will concentrate too much on the cool factor of its songs, and the level design, if you can call it that, will suffer as a result. But in honesty, I'll probably buy both eventually. I mean, it's fucking guitar hero!
