About Me

PARADOX!

I am Seán, also known as Justice, aged 21. I've got every nintendo console (excluding the virtual boy) but no I'm not a fanboy. I've got a DS and a PSP in terms of this gen handhelds, and I've also got a Wii and 360(elite with the falcon chipset) :D
I enjoy gaming, playing sports, chilling with mates and so forth. I reside in London, UK, and I go to University studying Multimedia Technology & Design (Graphic Design, Web Design. animation etc).
Happy reading!

The menace that is Video Games strikes once again: Ecstacy pills found in GTA IV (shortblog)
Justice | 4:31 PM on 04.08.2009 17 comments

I had to rub my eyes to check if I was actually seeing this title on my RSS feed. Yes that's right according to this article the pills were found under the front cover of the game. According to the Thornhills, who are the unfortunate victims in this case, when they phoned up Gamestation whom they had purchased their game from, Gamestation told them to flush the drugs down the toilet. The father was reported to have said,"What made me feel the most distraught was the fact we let our 12-year-old play the game. Inside the instruction booklet was a ball of Shrinkwrap, or Clingfilm. I thought it was just a ball of clingfilm, but then I realised there were tablets inside. I instantly felt sick."

Will video games ever leave our women and children alone?

lol I love how the employee just tells them to flush the pills.

"Oh, you got that game? Hey can you do me a favor and keep this on the DL?"

Have the parents really admitted publically to allowing underage gaming? Well then they're perhaps stupid enough to believe the pills were in the case at point of sale.

..Go on kid, out evolve 'em..

Why can't stuff like this happen to me ever? All those games I bought when I was a teen, and never anything besides the game.

Yeah... my box with the Lost and the Damned code in it I bought from the store... it had a PENIS in it. Rockstar needs to stop this madness before someone gets hurt.

Knowing some Gamestations it was probably from their own private stash.
Have Fox News had an article about it yet?
