Dude,
As a gamer it is your responsibility to play Resident Evil 4 subtitle maybe the greatest game ever made. It's amazing on the Wii and is just so so so good. This isn't even open for discussion.
The answer is RE4
RE4. In my case I would go for Super Paper Mario as I don't have it yet. But I agree with butmac, you owe it to yourself to play RE4

RE4 is $30 and Zack & Wiki is $40, at least in the US. Buy both and save!
If you're totally sold on zombie lightgun co-op, Umbrella Chronicles looks interesting. From early reports, however, its competitor Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 has superior control, a lightgun mode, and 32 person multiplayer.
As for the Simpsons, I've heard some mixed hands-on impressions criticizing the camera and praising the mock-minigames.
Super Paper Mario is good if you value the Mario RPG/talking bits above the platforming.
Table Tennis has a 68% on Metacritic, and will come down in price faster than any first-party offerings. Definite "wait" on this one.
